Jak najbardziej polecam ten pickup!
Rozłączanie cewek raczej sobie odpuść, co najwyżej możesz podłączyć tak, by jedna cewka humba była odłączana (środek do masy), ale tylko w 2 pozyji switcha (Bridge+Middle), ograniczy to brum. Brzmienie humbackerów po rozłączeniu nigdy nie będzie takie jak oryginalnych singli, a w przypadku przetwornika o tak szczególnej budowie (humb w rozmiarze singla), takie rozwiązanie całkiem traci sens.
Co do regulacji barwy, to modyfikacji jest mnóstwo. Można np. poświęcić tone od środkowego przetwornika i przelutować go do przetwornika pod mostem (częściej używa się pozycji 2 i 4, niż 3, a w takim połączeniu tone nie będzie działał tylko na środku).
Można też podłączyć tone 1. jako wspólny dla Neck i Middle, a tone 2 dla Bridge.
Można też zastosować jedną wspólną gałkę tonu dla wszystkich przetworników, a w zamian za to dać dodatkowe volume (wtedy volume 1 dla humba, volume 2 dla singli)...
Takich modyfikacji jest od groma. Jeśli nie wiesz jak to zrealizować, poszukaj w necie (wpisz w google 'wiring mod'). Tu jest dość dobra strona: , albo jak się zdecydujesz na jakieś połączenie, to napisz, a ja narysuję Ci schemat i podeślę. Mam małego fioła na punkcie modyfikacji, więc trudno znaleźć coś, czego jeszcze nie próbowałem.
