A kto mówi o Small Faces? Na pewno nie ja.
Napisałam przecież The Faces (którzy mieli zupełnie inne brzmienie niż SF- the Faces to "dirty bluesy boozy sound"). A jeśli chodzi o Marriotta no to tez bynajmniej nie chodziło o SF tylko o Humble Pie. Może po prostu nie znasz tych kapel i dlatego nie słyszysz ich wpływu na muzykę Black Crowes...
I zdaje się wiesz lepiej od Chrisa co go inspirowało... z reszta brzmienie to jedna sprawa, a czy styl śpiewania i jego inspiracje to się w ogóle nie liczą? Czy groove Bonhama jest ważniejszy niż wokal? Poza tym na płytach Humble Pie jest mnóstwo wspomnianego groove'u... może nie tylko Bonham był inspiracją?
A tak na marginesie Bonham był fanem Humble Pie (przynajmniej tak twierdzi jego siostra Deborah), a Robert Plant ubóstwiał Marriotta za czasów SF i sam sporo od niego "pożyczył". Może jednak sprawa z inspiracjami nie jest taka czarno-biała jak sugerujesz.
