Co do muzyki- zgadzam się z Nickiem. To, co gramy powinno wychodzić 'ze środka', od serca. Powinno być odzwierciedleniem naszego wewnętrznego świata.
Co do tekstów zaś, ośmielę nie zgodzić się z Mariuszem. Wydaje mi się, że nie trzeba pisać, śpiewać o czymś, co się przeżyło. Weźmy na przykład Beatlesów (którzy może nie są przykładem idealnym, bo jest to zespół rockowo-rock'n'rollowy, ale mieli także bluesowe kawałki). W "Imagine" John Lennon tłumaczył pewnemu mężczyźnie, że nie mógłby pisać o czymś, co naprawdę się wydarzyło. O czymś, co dotyczy jego, Yoko, czy jego przyjaciół. Mówił, że nie pisał piosenek, które opowiadałyby o jego życiu, uczuciach, a przecież jego piosenki są świetne, wręcz legendarne. Z drugiej strony George Harrison napisał przynajmniej jedną piosenkę, która mówiła o jego uczuciach, a mianowicie "Something". No tak, tylko że to para Lennon-McCartney pisała te piosenki, które stały się najbardziej popularne i stworzyły legendę Beatlesów.
Tak więc ośmielę się stwierdzić, że do pisania piosenek, trzeba mieć nie tylko doświadczenie życiowe, ale także wyobraźnię, a do tego kreatywność i najmniejszy choć talent pisarski!
