W dniach 19-21.09.2014 roku startuje nowy festiwal w Bydgoszczy skierowany do miłośników bluesa i folku, a nosił będzie nazwę Blues Plus Festival.
Organizatorem tego projektu jest Fundacja Inicjatyw Kulturalnych „Mandragora” oraz Miejskie Centrum Kultury w Bydgoszczy. Impreza dofinansowana ze środków Miasta Bydgoszczy.
Jednym z głównych celów nowego festiwalu jest wypełnienie luki powstałej na mapie muzycznej Bydgoszczy po zniknięciu z niej dwóch znaczących festiwali: Harmonica Bridge i Blues&Folk Festival.
