Z Buddy Guy’em jest jak z dobrą whisky. Wiemy, czego spodziewać się po napełnieniu szklanki, a jednak z każdym łykiem odkrywamy w niej coś nowego, smakujemy i upajamy się szczególnością chwili.
Nie inaczej jest z najnowszą płytą tego 72 letniego już Bluesmana. Doskonale brzmiący album dostarcza nam tego wszystkiego, do czego przez lata przyzwyczaił nas Mistrz. Charakterystyczny głos i od pierwszej zagranej nuty rozpoznawalna gitara. Znakomite bluesy, trochę soulu, zagranych przy współudziale znamienitych muzyków, wśród których m.in. Eric Clapton, Robert Randolph, Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi, Willie Weeks czy Reese Wynans.
Sam Buddy Guy doskonały, mimo upływu lat wciąż trzyma poziom, polecam!
