Jakiś czas temu, jak już znałem połowę albumu z radia, postanowiłem jednak kupić - dla Winwooda. Kupiłem, przesłuchałem całość 10 razy i muszę przyznać, ze w całości brzmi to dużo lepiej niż wyrwane z kontekstu utwory. Momentami, gdy riff czy solówka Claptona nakładają się na organy Winwooda w tle jest wręcz majestatycznie. Wokalnie więcej niż w porządku: Clapton wielkim wokalistą nie jest, ale wypada sympatycznie, a Winwood, choć trochę głosu stracił, wciąż ma coś, co mnie porusza. Kilka numerów z setlisty strasznie ogranych (szczególnie na drugiej płycie), ale te wersje są na tyle ciekawe, że wybaczam im to. Choć dla mnie mogłoby być więcej Traffica. Generalnie podzielam zdanie Roberta L. Czy bluesrockowy album rocku, to nie wiem, ale jeden z lepszych na pewno. Clapton ewidentnie potrzebuje równoprawnego partnera muzycznego, żeby rozwinąć skrzydła. Tutaj go ma i chwilami szybuje, jak Małysz za swych najlepszych lat. Solidna (choć dość konserwatywna w porównaniu z Cream czy Blind Faith) sekcja i niezawodny Chris Stainton też robią swoje. Nie ma to jak dwu klawiszowców na płycie! No i gitarowe duety ładne. Winwood to naprawdę zdolny gość. Podsumowując: wybrane kawałki z radia wydwały mi się nostalgiczne - w całości jest magicznie.
